ABOUT ET AL. STRENGTH

Et Al. is Latin for "and others." Et Al. Strength means there are different types of strength.

 Et Al. Strength is about building your overall health and fitness based on 3 pillars of strength training:

1) Mental Health and Resiliency, 2) Physical Fitness, and 3) Spiritual Stability.

Mental health and resiliency is about training your mind to surpass life challenges and build confidence so nothing and no one overwhelms you.

Physical Fitness focuses on understanding your body - what it can do now, its potential, and what it needs in order to evolve and make you capable to take on physically demanding tasks of various difficulties.

Lastly, spiritual stability emphasizes having faith that you will overcome anything in life through God who gives you the strength. The strongest people are those who are not only physically and mentally powerful - but also have the faith to overcome; this makes you unstoppable.
