Weightlifting has not only been proven to be beneficial for your current physical and mental health; it’s also important for your FUTURE health.

THE strength training fitness classes will focus on the fundamentals of weightlifting, allowing for beginners up to seasoned lifters to have a strong foundation while learning or building skills in weightlifting.
